Shipping Estimates

USA: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Normally items arrive within 7-10 business days.

Canada / Europe: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Normally items arrive within 7-14 business days but can take a bit longer depending on customs.

All Other Countries: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Normally items arrive within 14-21 business days but can take a bit longer depending on customs.

Shipping is usually much quicker than what is listed. If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks you qualify for a re-ship guarantee.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking is available in your order history.

My item arrived damaged.

This is extremely rare but if this happens though, contact us right away. We will require a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging. If your item arrives broken, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report the issue. We will re-ship the same item at no cost to you.

Import charges.

Customs charges, duties and taxes are rare but may apply. Dream Wedding Plans is not responsible for import fees or customs charges charged by your country. We recommend you check your country's policies on this prior to ordering.

I've changed my mind and no longer want this product or want to cancel my order.

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Contact us with CANCEL in the subject line along with your order number.
